The Coolest of all Cool Facts

-The population of Vietnam is 86 million, yet only 5 million people use cell phones.

I found this fact most interesting, because nowdays, most people, even students in middle school have their own cell phones. Yet, only a few percentage of Vietnam's population use cellphones, and I was surprised at the fact that there was a country which most if its population still did not have cell phones.
